Michael Hunter Returns: Comeback Fight Set for June 24 in Lowell

Michael “The Bounty” Hunter is set to make his comeback on June 24 in a ten-round main event against Donnie Palmer at the Memorial Auditorium in Lowell, Massachusetts, as part of Reyes Fire Fist Boxing’s “Down and Dirty 6” event.

From Las Vegas, Nevada, Michael Hunter is a heavyweight boxer with a professional record of 20-1-2 and 14 knockout victories. He has secured remarkable wins over Jerry Forrest, Isiah Thomas, Iago Kiladze, Martin Bakole, Aleksandr Ustinov, Sergey Kuzmin, and Mike Wilson. Although he fought Alexander Povetkin to a draw, he suffered his only loss against Oleksandr Usyk. Donnie Palmer, from Dorchester, Massachusetts, holds a record of 12-3-1 with 10 knockouts and is set to face Hunter in the ring.

With a victory over Hunter, Palmer hopes to cement his status as a heavyweight contender. In addition, the event will feature a co-main event between Brazilian lightweight standout Willian “Babyface” Silva and veteran Raul Chirino. Other talented boxers, including Rayton “Boom Boom” Okwiri, Gabriel Morales, and Luke Iannuccilli, will also compete in exciting matches.
